“WHERE ARE THEY NOW”

“Watch them grow!” That is really all I can say about these women who were the Miss Haiti’s in the early 2000’s.

The Miss Haiti pageant was the very first in Florida. It gave young girls a reason to be proud, healthy, happy. They learned to give back to the community and to be good to each other. With very little support the girls went through a challenging schedule the exercises, the community events, the food, the dinners, the trips to England to France, to Jamaica to Ethiopia and Haiti learning and comparing.

To say they’re beautiful would be an understatement. But that they are helping their mother land, is a blessing. To carry the crown is to live like a true Haitian. As young girls in America they needed to understand what Haitians have done in the world. The pageant allows them to appreciate their history and where they come from.

When it was good it was the best. They are giving back in their own way. They live the Haitian culture and brightened the world as they’ve traveled through it. Today, they are the loveliest young women.

Ladies and gentlemen here are five Miss Haiti internationals.
